Jennifer Flores

Title: Patient Treatment and Financial Coordinator.
Duties: My main priorierty is working with our patients to achieve a common goal, acceptional dental health. I help the patients plan their dental treatments, explain their finiancial options and find a way to make it possible. I also share in the responsibilties of keeping the business running smoothly.
Has worked in the field of dentistry since June of 1992.
Has worked for Dr. Montz since May of 1999.
Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Seeing the change a beautiful smile can make in the quality of life of our patients.
Favorite thing about working with Dr. Montz: He is an extremely caring professional, and shows so much pride in his dentistry.
Favorite thing about my job: Being a part of the success of an exceptional dental practice.

Title: Registered Dental Assistant.
Duties: Chairside Dental Assistant skills and caring for our patients.
Has worked in the field of dentistry since May of 1989.
Has worked for Dr. Montz since July of 2005.
Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: The end result; seeing the patients so excited about their new smiles.
Favorite thing about working with Dr. Montz: His easygoing personality and his professional attitude and ability.
Favorite thing about my job: I love getting to know our patients.

Title: Registered Dental Hygienist.
Duties: Dental cleaning, x-rays, periodontal cleanings, oral hygiene instruction, and education of patients.
Has worked in the field of dentistry since August of 1994.
Has worked for Dr. Montz since April of 2002.
Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: The fantastic rapport we enjoy with our patients.
Favorite thing about working with Dr. Montz: His laid back attitude, his honesty, and drive for perfection. He is easy to get along with and talk to.
Favorite thing about your job: Improving our patients' oral health--I also love our teammates!

Title: Patient Dental Insurance Coordinator.
Duties: Responsible for Patient accounts, insurance verifications, claim filing, and monitoring. I also share in the responsibilties of helping patients in treatment planning, and financial options.
Has worked in the field of dentistry since March of 2007.
Has worked for Dr. Montz since March of 2007, but has been a patient of Dr. Montz since 1999.
Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Dentistry allows a person to gain confidence through their smile.
Favorite thing about working with Dr. Montz: He is a genuine person who uses his talents to achieve his ultimate goal--making sure our patients have the best up-to-date care.
Favorite thing about your job: I can end my day knowing I was part of a team of individuals who gave high quality care and a healthy, brighter smiles to patients.

Title: Registered Dental Assistant.
Duties: All aspects of dental assisting.
Has worked in the field of dentistry since May of 2000.
Has worked for Dr. Montz since September of 2008.
Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: To be a part of helping someone achieve the healthy smile that they desire.
Favorite thing about working with Dr. Montz: He is a true and genuine person who takes great pride in his dentistry.
Favorite thing about your job: Being surrounded and challenged by the people I work with. Developing good relationships with patients and co-workers.

Title: Hygiene Coordinator.
Duties: Scheduling patient appointments, managing the dental hygiene schedule, and helping our patients stay on a regular preventative care system.
Has worked in the field of dentistry since August of 2003.
Has worked for Dr. Montz since August of 2003.
Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Working with a great group of people who care and strive to make our team the best it can be.
Favorite thing about working with Dr. Montz: He's down to earth, funny, and takes pride in his job and his family.

Duties: Radiographs, periodontal and oral exams, professional cleanings, and oral hygiene instructions.

Has worked in the field of dentistry since September of 1988.
Has worked for Dr. Montz since August of 1997.

Duties: Greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient files, helping our patients feel comfortable and welcome.

Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Seeing confidence in people once they have completed treatment.
